I provide counseling and support for important issues regarding relationship, health, money, career, meaning and purpose, trauma, fear, anxiety, spiritual well-being, big life decisions, and other needs related to your personal growth and aliveness in these challenging times.

How are you feeling?  Is there anything in your life that feels difficult, painful or frustrating?  Do you ever feel powerless or hopeless?  Yes, we all are imperfect human beings, doing our best to deal with the various inner challenges and outer world obstacles that come up in our daily lives.

My Counseling Approach & Credentials…

I have a Master’s Degree in Humanistic Psychology from Sonoma State University.  I also have experience in the Non-Violent Communication (NVC) and Internal Family Systems (IFS) models of therapy.  These are some of the most important tools that I use regularly in my work. 

I also am a licensed spiritual counselor, with extensive training and experience as a psychic reader.  So when appropriate, I can also offer what I see energetically when we work together, including the energies of early life traumas, ancestral wounds, spirit guides and past lives.

Your Counseling Journey…

A big part of this journey is to become more aware of the unconscious “parts” within yourself — and to de-energize and release the old traumas, negative energies and limiting beliefs that have been holding you back.  (Often, these are the same ancestral wounds that have been holding people back for generations.)

Ultimately, the main goal is to strengthen your own connection to who you really are as a divine spirit — acknowledging your pain, but connecting more deeply to your own aliveness and true power as a soul — creating an increased sense of connection, purpose, agency, and well-being.

Accessing Your True Power…

I believe that your answers are already there, deep inside you.  My mission is simply to help you bring your own wisdom and spiritual essence more fully into life.  When you access your own Divine Self, you can essentially take back your own power, responsibility, health and success.

This awakens a natural process of deep healing for your mind, body, emotions, relationships, and even your work in the world.  Becoming more fully alive, awake and empowered is essential not only for your own happiness, but for the health of our entire planet.  The world needs us!

A Welcome to New Clients…

Counseling sessions are offered weekly, via zoom or telephone.  But based on your needs, we could meet more or less often — for example, every two weeks, or perhaps once every month.  I usually work one-to-one with individuals, but I do work with couples also.
